The gang at That Boutique-y Rum Company were sworn to secrecy when they picked up this parcel of rum, and it's a real treasure of an independent bottling. Perhaps there's a clue about its origin on the label?

A soft, oily start, with slick molasses and sweet, dried orange wheels leading to sticky ginger loaf and boozy sultanas.
Rich, tannic oak arrives for the finish, bringing drying notes of earthy tea alongside gingery heat, chilli chocolate, and a touch of oily brine.
