The folks at Stonewall use molasses-based Caribbean rum as the base for this spiced expression. The rum is re-distilled with a selection of fruits and spices including nutmeg, fresh ginger, gentian root, Indonesian cloves, cinnamon sticks, and figs, plus other secret ingredients, and a dash of caramel for sweetness.
