Description

From Gateshead-based Steampunk Spirits comes Voodoo Spiced Rum, a blend of black pepper, ginger and vanilla with Caribbean rum. The producers of the award-winning SteamPunk Gin were inspired to create rum after meeting a Guyana man at a party who introduced them to a family-recipe Guyana rum. While the spirit can be enjoyed neat, it also can be paired with cola, ginger ale and even tonic.

Demerara sugar, earthy vanilla and creamy hazelnut notes lead, with plenty of caramel, maple syrup and flickers of winter spice in support.

Very smooth and easy drinking

I love this. The Vanilla and Ginger come through really nicely with a little caramel and spices to finish. Very easy to drink, even neat. Top stuff!

Smooth and easy to drink

Some rum lovers will probably complain that this is too spiced, or too sweet etc. However, if you're looking for a good tasting, easy to drink, spiced rum you could do much worse than this. It's great on its own, and just as good with coke and lime. I'll definitely buy it again, a fun rum when I'm not in the mood for my usual Ron Zacapa

Smooth pleasant drink

Having tried most spiced rums around this steampunk voodoo spiced rum was up there at the top alongside kraken. So smooth it can easily be drunk neat without burning all the way down, a very pleasant drink.
