A single cask pot still rum from Fiji. Distilled from molasses at South Pacific Distillers in 2004, it matured for 18 years in an American white oak cask. After distillation it matured in the Philippines for 12 years. The rum then travelled to the docks of Liverpool to finish its maturation in a cooler climate. It was bottled by The Royal Cane Cask Company in 2022 at 60.2% ABV, with a limited outturn of 257 bottles. Expect layers of tropical mango funk, aromatic spices, and creamy salted caramel.
