Siren's Call Caribbean Spiced Rum is named in honour of those who were lured into the rocky shallows by the call of the singing creatures, who may or may not have looked just like the one on the front of the label. It takes Caribbean rum and blends it with ginger and other tropical spices from the islands.
A hefty kick of spicy ginger leads, alongside cinnamon and allspice with notes of dark chocolate, caramel and a hint of tropical fruit sweetness.
This stuff is the worst rum I've ever tasted and I have had some bad ones in the past. Please avoid like the typhoid.
Wow, just wow! This has taken my breath away.... for all the wrong reasons. I am genuinely astounded this product ever made it into production. It is quite incredible how terrible this “rum” is. I think drinking watered down paint stripper would be more enjoyable to drink; it would certainly have more flavour. Even reduced at £15 this isn’t worth your money. The person that left the review saying this is “Top quality” needs their head looking at, because they’ve clearly never had decent spiced rum. Avoid at all costs and stick with something like Captain Morgan’s spiced gold, it’s in a totally different league.
Awful, just awful. Not worth my time with an in depth review.
a very poor rum, not much taste just hits you with a cheap vodka taste, got it on sale at £15 only reason I tried it. glad I didn't pay full price
Smells like stale socks and the taste is not much better. Worst Christmas present i have had for many years.
