The Carta Blanca rum from Ron Santiago de Cuba is a molasses-based rum which is initially aged in oak casks and filtered before bottling, removing the colour but not the flavour (making it a good choice for cocktails).
Clean and elegant with subtle leafy, grassy notes and tropical fruit.
Quite light, with some cooking spice warmth to it. Still rather grassy and herbal.
Sweet on the finish, with some warmth remaining.
Try this gorgeous rum with lots of ice cubes and Pepsi. Has to be Pepsi. Not Pepsi max, just regular Pepsi. It’s a wonderful refreshing drink.
Very good rum. Perfect for drinks, with honey cola. Love at the first drink❤️ I sincerely recommend it.
