The eponymous spiced rum named for Norman "Sailor Jerry" Collins, a world famous tattoo artists who created the recipe whilst working at sea.
Vanilla spice, butter, oak, cinnamon, nutmeg and ground ginger. Drying and sweet on the palate with notes of winter spice and black pepper, toffee.

Been on Morgans spiced since they absolutely screwed up Jerrys--not a happy chappy---Ive witnessed the way the young ones were drinking it more and more, whilst working in Leeds, not the case now, some drinks experts were actually suggesting it would become more popular than Vodka, I dare say it will survive, but they will not get the sales that the last recipe would have assuredly achieved.
The new recipe has completely spoilt a very popular rum which was beautiful to drink!!! Can't believe that people at Sailor Jerry's think the new recipe is nicer! Don't waste your money, and buy something like Morgan's Spiced or head to eBay and buy a bottle of the old recipe!
Don't care what they say - they did NOT canvass regular users. The new recipe is bland - no better than standard rum. Lost a whole family of rum drinkers.
Hate new recipe!
New recipe is terrible. Better with the old one. Dont buy!
