For this terrifically tropical expression, Guyanese rum has been infused with a lip-smacking combination of passionfruit, mango and elderflower (just like Gin Ting). More than suitable for enjoying with a delicious fruit juice, a good tonic or some sort of tasty cola...
The tropical fruit notes explode into life with ripe mango, charred pineapple and passion fruit puree, with a creamy backdrop of Madagascan vanilla and light floral elements.
Fruit salad sweets, tropical juice and a zesty kick of passion fruit initially, with a prickle of black pepper and touch of leafy mint balancing the sweetness.
The finish is medium-length. The elderflower emerges here most prominently.

Refreshing and smooth. Two shots in a tumbler glass with lemonade and a lot of ice. Im a big fan of the strong long lasting elderflower hit at the finish.

What an amazingly surprising 'rum'. I mean, it doesn't really have any of what I would expect in a rum but it does have a lot of other stuff going on. Massively floral and fruity on the nose. Punchy and peppery on the tongue with a lovely long finish of grapefruit, mango and a hint of vanilla. It's a lovely drink and on a summer's day I bet this would go down a treat!
