A superbly well-aged Cuban rum, produced abiding by the country's strict laws and regulations under the expert supervision of Ron Santiago de Cuba's maestros. The distillery produces its own molasses, using sugar cane grown in south-east Cuba before ageing its spirt in white oak barrels. This exceptional rum was drawn from a small selection of barrels in one of the oldest warehouses in Cuba, matured for at least 20 years, the robust expression is brimming with layers of rich chocolate, coffee, stewed fruit, and elegant oak char.
