Named after the glowing crystal jellyfish, Medusa de Cristal, this generously aged rum from Panama is column-distilled from molasses and matured for at least a decade. The rum finished its 10-year maturation with a stay in a host of Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, bringing elegant fruit-laden depth.
