From Two Swallows comes a spiced rum, produced by the Diamond Distillery in Guyana which was then infused with candied citrus and salted caramel! It's not an every day combination, but darn does it work wonders.
Two Swallows was created by Thomas Hurst as a tribute to his famous ancestor Captain Matthew Webb, who died in 1883 when trying swim the whirlpool rapids at Niagara Falls. Traditionally, experienced seamen would have a tattoo of two swallows, while legend has it that if a sailor drowns then the two swallows in the tattoo will carry their soul to heaven.
Creamy sweet caramel is balanced by a pinch of rock salt along with candied lemon and orange peel, along with cooking spices and fiery ginger.

Gosh, just received this and it is really lovely. Strong orangey nose with a caramel sweet undertone, and a satisfyingly lasting burn considering it's 38 percent ABV. Love it. I am generally not a fan of flavoured rums as they often taste artificial, but this is gorgeous. Sipping it neat without ice.
Absolutely gorgeous! Neat on ice or with a mixer you can’t miss the spicy toffee and citrus hit, just love this in my selection... another ‘Masters’ hit! Cant’t believe the price of this beauty.
