A limited edition rum from Patridom, distilled in the Dominican Republic from a combo of sugar cane juice and molasses. Following tropical maturation in a host of American and French oak barrels, this rum was treated to a secondary continental maturation in barrels that previously held Pineau de Charentes, adding juicy, fruity lift to the honeyed sweetness at its heart.
Drying notes of oak and tobacco nestle among bright waves of red berries, juicy plums, and vanilla honey.
