15 year old rum from Panama! Distilled from fresh sugar cane molasses, the rum is aged for three years in ex-bourbon barrels, before a further twelve years resting in roasted Tennessee and Canadian rye whiskey casks. Brimming with sweet, vibrant flavour and pleasant wood spice, this has certainly aged well in the tropical climate of Panama!
Burnt sugar and tangy wood spice, suggestions of grenadine, sweet berries, spiced fruit cake, and dark muscovado.
