The One-Eyed Rebel team in Manchester (the same folks who created the excellent Manchester Gin) have produced a lip-smacking variation of its spiced rum, featuring the flavours of black cherry. The warming spices from the original expression are juxtaposed by the vibrant sweetness of the eponymous fruit, making for a tasty tipple that'll do well with a good cola, or simply served over ice.
Anise, honey, juicy cherry with a hint of redcurrant and sultana in the mix, a good kick of spicy ginger too.

Great tasting Rum with a lovely mixture of spice and fruit. The Black Cherry spiced Rum is a definite winner. The service was just as good after the courier had lost the original package and a replacement was immediately sent. Well done
