This unaged Mauritian rum is distilled from pure local sugar cane juice for a vibrant, herbaceous, agricole-like profile. Distilled using hybrid copper pot stills and bottled at 43% ABV, its layerd with notes of poached fruit, toasted sugar, and sweet, herbaceous cane.
Burnt sugar and cooked fruit are backed by juicy, gently herbaceous layers of pressed sugar cane.
