Thick, rounded. Demerara sugar, molasses. Toffeyed oak and vanilla.

I’ve been going through the rum list from Dominican Republic. I really liked this rum. Well priced which neat has a lot of flavours that hit you at once but with a soft finish. With a mixer it’s beautiful, I’ve had it with coke and it was very potent. 8/10
