Behold, Master of Malt Rum! We've gone and sourced some superb spirits for our very own range of delicious drinks, and our rum is particularly tasty indeed. It's made using a custom-developed blend of Caribbean rums, offering up a rich flavour profile with ripe fruit, brown sugar and even a fruity estery hints thrown in for good measure. Approachable, yet rewarding and generally ace. Should do just as well sipped neat as it will in all kinds of classic cocktails.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Stewed berries and cooked apple, followed by a hint of ripe banana and dark chocolate.
Palate
Continued fruity elements on the palate, though now with layers of molasses and vanilla coating them. A pinch of allspice pops up along the way.
Finish
Brown sugar, toasty oak and stone fruit sweetness.
Overall
This one hits all the classic rum notes you want it to.
