Mango Bay
A Mauritian rum that blends molasses and pure cane juice rums, drawing on the island’s sugar heritage and volcanic terroir, before ageing in French oak and seasoned oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Bottled with no additives or colouring.
Ripe mango, dried fig, honeyed sugarcane and soft spice.
Tropical fruit, toffee, raisin sweetness and gentle oak.
Long, warming and fruity.
