
Brought to you by independent bottler Velier, in collaboration with National Rums of Jamaica Ltd., this rum was distilled at Long Pond distillery, and is a recreation of a recipe from the closed Cambridge Distillery. This 2010 vintage was tropically matured for 12 years before bottling, with an ester content of 550/700 gr/hlpa—relatively low compared to some punchier Jamaican rums. But you can expect plenty of ripe tropical fruit, caramelised sugar, and nutty mocha.
