The team at Linlithgow distillery partnered with a Scottish rum distillery to produce the base for this spiced rum, then re-distilled it twice through their own stills. A selection of fruits and spices including ginger, nutmeg, lime, mango, vanilla pods, and toasted Sichuan pepper is included in the second distillation, resulting in a rich balance of sweet molasses, exotic fruit, and spice. Ideal splashed in cola or ginger ale, topped with plenty of ice and a wedge of lime.
