Wine Cask
Libations has added another top to its Cask Reserve Series, a signature blend of spirits from Barbados, the Dominican Republic, Guyana, and Jamaica. These rums were married and then finished in a Rioja cask before 347 bottles were filled at 45% ABV.
Oak char, marmalade on toast, butterscotch, stem ginger, and orange oils.
