On opening this Langs banana rum the smell of lovely ripe bananas wafted up it smelt gorgeous. I poured a small amount into my glass ready to savour the content but was at first disappointment the rum was quite harsh and the banana tasted like nail polish! After trying this rum again with some lemonade it was a little better not as harsh but unfortunately I won't be purchasing another bottle, maybe my expectations of this banana rum was over heightened by the first smell of luscious bananas?
Delicious Pineapple rum, on the rocks or in cocktails this is the pineapple rum you want and need.
Lovely taste…….…….really good but could do with a little more kick perhaps a slightly higher proof?……consider stingins fancy but it’s more expensive.
