From the Bristol Spirits range of independently bottled rums comes an unaged Mauritian rhum agricole, made with a base of distilled cane juice rather than molasses. The result is bright, light and fresh, with notes of apple, cinnamon, brown sugar and some grassy, herbal hints on the mid-palate.
