
This rum hails from the Kakira Sugar Estate in Uganda, located on the shores of Lake Victoria. The rum is pot distilled from sugar cane grown on the estate, then aged in a solera style system of American bourbon and Spanish sherry casks. Sip this over ice with a wedge of lime, mix it with cola or ginger ale, or shake it up in some exotic cocktails!
Tropical notes of ripe banana, almonds, fresh coconut, honey, and a touch of earthen spice.
