The nose is fruity. Notes of molasses and spice. The palate is fruity and a little spirity. There are notes of banana and Demerara as well as spice and a little oak. The finish is long and spiced.

Hers a single and mine a double. 1.5 Oz. rum - 10.5 Oz cola, and 3.0 Oz. rum - 9.0 Oz. respectively. Incredible full taste. very bright, with a hint of tropical fruits. Even the smell, when mixed, has this smell. went well with our steak and mashed with broccoli cheese basmati rice. Yes home made! To make it short... Get yourself a bottle, and either get gibbled, or enjoy it properly. It can be used both ways!”

Simply the best. I was given a small bottle by a wonderful nurse (NHS) , who came from Jamaica. God bless that lady , It took me 4years to finish it because I wanted to keep it! I have ordered more now ,some of which I decant into the small bottle to keep it going!! Anton.
