Wray and Nephew The best-selling high proof rum in the world. 90% of rum sales in Jamaica are of Wray and Nephew. Overproof is a very potent spirit indeed!
The nose is fruity. Notes of molasses and spice. The palate is fruity and a little spirity. There are notes of banana and Demerara as well as spice and a little oak. The finish is long and spiced.

had half a shot after dinner....and ended up parking a leopard by the side of the road ...as did my dinner partner...quite the foulest ,most undrinkable liquid i have ever had the misfortune to taste
I have been drinking this for many years with coke and two years ago, my fiance's aunt (who is Jamaican) says her favourite mixture is with orange juice. I looked at her as if she was crazy, but have to say, I am hooked. It has to be real OJ, not the cocktail. Also, another favourite of mine is mixing it with the mango/pineapple smoothie from McDOnald's, Try it! I told my friends and they love it! JW
Simply the best white rum on the market atm. The slight medicinal/burny raisin element to it may be off putting to some but i think it's wonderful, best drunk neat with respect with a glass of water on the side
locally sells for $6 US a bottle ( 1 litre ) and $10.50 US for 1 litre at montego bay airport duty free
