The nose is fruity. Notes of molasses and spice. The palate is fruity and a little spirity. There are notes of banana and Demerara as well as spice and a little oak. The finish is long and spiced.

Had my first sips straight the other day in the States. Now I'm looking for a source. A rare liquid. I cannot imagine mixing it with anything. That pure taste is so unique, I will have to get a case from somewhere. For those used to 'shine', you'll want this in your left hand & your usual in your right hand. Sip both periodically, in any order. Tell your friends where you are so you can be delivered home later.
I am a little bias as I am Jamaican and this is the only Rum that is worth purchasing.
