Convocation combines pot and column-distilled rum, matured for 14 years in a host of bourbon and Madeira casks for a rich, complex profile, packed with juicy fruit sweetness and oaken vanilla. To be more specific, it's a combo of one 14-year-old bourbon cask, one 14-year-old Madeira cask, and a third cask of dual-matured rum, spending its first 10 years in bourbon and final four in a Madeira cask, married and bottled at a robust 62% ABV.
