One of the best spiced rums on the market, Foursquare is a delicious Bajan rum which makes an incredible spicy mojito!
Spicy and sweet with notes of peppermint, nutmeg, Christmas cake, marmalade and parsley.
Toffee apples, sweet spices and gingerbread. A little perfumed character and bitter orange peel.
Long, sweet, spicy finish.
Great spiced rum without going over-the-top. All the baking spices are in there and toffee apple, but the flavors are well-integrated and not overly sweet or intense-- making for an elegant spiced rum that can be served on the rocks.
Bought for me on Father’s Day by my kids. Wonderful taste of toffee apples and Xmas cake…. Sounds weird but with real coke and a slice of lime=awesome!
Awesome! Captain Morgans is crap compared!
Spices are gently balanced, moreso than in most other notable as spiced rums, and - again in comparison to others - sit in a distinct flavour zone. I'd always want this as a complimentary part of an essential collection of 3 - 5 rums, being priced slightly under the £30 mark is an added bonus. I read somewhere that this rum predates the development of the spiced rum market too which may explain the different drinking experience. I think of it as a bit of an original (rightly or wrongly) and would recommend.
So good! More like ‘five-square’
