Flor de Caña 18 is a very well-aged expression from Nicaragua. This was awarded Double Gold medals at the 2006 and 2008 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Spiced and crisp.
Full bodied and quite thick with dry oak, some cocoa, spices, toffee nut and allspice.
Long, tingling, vanilla spice and nutty char.
This is one of my husbands favourites so bought it as a gift for a friend and he loved it. Will no doubt be purchasing again.
Tried Flor de cana 12 & 18 must say both are excellent straight up or with ice. Tried the 18 made as an old fashioned - sugar, orange bitters, over extra large ice cube with a twist of orange peel ! must say its the best drink I have had in a long long time !!! buy it you won't be disappointed.

It has become my favorite rum! It has such a great smooth taste, perfect for sipping on the rocks.
