Trash. Sugary and plastered over with artificial tasting spice, I'm getting no real rum profile here. Only benefit here is the novelty bottle.
Have wanted to try this for some months, finally made the leap. Wow its bloody mental Genuinely figured the bottle would be the highlight but the liquids insane. Like proper bonkers. Sweet rich vanilla. Only draw back is I actually preferred it near out the damn freezer. (Normally a coke man) drinking meat rum is a slippery slope.... one to definitely try.

I had this gifted to me for my 60th. I was apprehensive, wondering if it was all about the bottle rather than the quality of the rum. Well I needn't have, an absolutely smooth and gorgeous rum. I used a whiskey tumbler and stones and sipped neat. Then hit upon trying alongside some 85% cocoa dark chocolate. Nibble of chocolate and sip of the rum, heaven right there. Don't use a mixer, just sip and savour. Remember taste can be different depending on the glass you use. It's all about smell and taste receptors
Although it's a nice enough tipple, if a little medicinal, i would NOT class this as a Rum... highly over-spiced, masses of vanilla and some sweet spices i can't even imagine... Leave the bottle uncorked for 5 mins and your whole house will take on a sickly/medicinal aroma. Compared to the sublime majesty that is 'One Love - Five-Island Spiced' (THE Best Spiced Rum IMO) ....this really ain't Rum as we know it :(
