
This spiced rum is produced by Drapers, who double distill molasses imported from the Caribbean! The rum is re-distilled in small batches whilst an array of botanicals such as ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper are vapour infused. On top of this, oak chips, which have been smoked in Yorkshire no less, are added to impart notes of vanilla and char, creating a fantastic balance to the botanicals. A lovely sipper, goes great in a nice ginger ale too – with a wedge of lime for garnish!
Sweet caramel and oaky vanilla combine with soft baking spices, warming cinnamon, and pepper, all intertwined with smoky wafts of woodfire and charred oak.
