Doorly's 5 Year Old
Doorly’s 5 Year Old is produced at the Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. Matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled without added sweeteners or flavourings, it is a solid, flavourful fum which should be ideal for cocktails, or a nice Rum Punch!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Butter popcorn and golden sugar syrup meet wafts of vanilla ice cream with toffee sauce. Pineapple cubes, melon juice, and slightly bitter, damp toasted oak. Short pepper prickle, with bittersweet pepparkakor biscuits on the finish.
