Double distilled at the Chelo Distillery, this unaged agricole style rum is bottled up at a hearty 56.5% ABV. Did you know that "clairin" is the name used for this style of rum in Haiti? Superb stuff for fans of cane rums, with plenty of fruity funk and petrichor.
The expected cut grass funk leads the way, whilst oily notes of green olives and a prickle of pepper add depth. Buttery wafts of banana and tropical fruits soften the spice.
