Devon Rum Co.'s Spiced Rum is made with a blend of pot and column still rums from Jamaica and Guyana, which is brought down to bottling strength with spring water from the eponymous south west county. Following that, a selection of spices and citrus zest are infused in the spirit, imparting soft sweetness and toasty warmth.
Star anise, orange peel, baking spices and cinder toffee.
Brown sugar, chicory, tropical fruit and caraway. Estery hints of banana fritters in the background.
Another helping of anise and banana.

average rum wouldnt buy again
I've been loving this rum mixed with ginger beer or in cocktails! So delicious! I absolutely love the beautiful bottle too
Really enjoyed it, maybe a little too much. Will happily drink it with a fruit based mixer, tonic or straight up.
