“Apparently I am the first and current best customer. Not that I am an Alcoholic, but it is very more ish, the Rum is unique, smooth with some cracking citrus fruits, and for me works very well with a really hot ginger beer and a twist of lime. What more is there to say....try it.”

Devon Rum Co. Spiced Rum

Devon Rum Co.'s Spiced Rum is made with a blend of pot and column still rums from Jamaica and Guyana, which is brought down to bottling strength with spring water from the eponymous south west county. Following that, a selection of spices and citrus zest are infused in the spirit, imparting soft sweetness and toasty warmth.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Star anise, orange peel, baking spices and cinder toffee.

Palate

Brown sugar, chicory, tropical fruit and caraway. Estery hints of banana fritters in the background.

Finish

Another helping of anise and banana.
