Description
Single-parcel, single-varietal AOC Martinique white agricole rhum made from blue cane grown in volcanic soil, distilled in a Creole column still, and reduced slowly for maximum elegance. If you think all white rums taste the same, this one will prove you wrong.

Nose
Fresh sugarcane and citrus zest with subtle hints of chalky minerality and warm earth.
Palate
Peppery cane juice, lime leaf, and saline minerality. Hints of lemongrass and green apple skin.
Finish
Dry, grassy, and lingering with pepper and crushed herbs.
