I first tasted this rum in 2019. It is "spicy", but that's what it should be. I drink it with ice and a splash of dry ginger (more spice!) and find it very pleasant. If I wanted to taste just the rum I wouldn't buy spiced rum. Everyones taste is diferent. This one suits me. It's now my favorite tipple in the evening, particularly in autumn/winte/spring
I don’t typically leave reviews but just wanted to say/warn people, especially in the U.K., this rum tastes very strongly like HP sauce. So as a rum initially it is interesting - not bad, not great, but once you realise it tastes like brown sauce, it’s kinda ruined….
Tastes exactly the same as Jagermeister. Just with more of a kick

Literally cannot fault it, it tastes great!! I can get nicely drunk on it and not worry about a headache in the morning. Keep up the good work and ignore the negatives. If you don't like spice don't buy spiced
