The first release from Scotland's Dark Matter Distillers is Dark Matter Spiced Rum - very exciting stuff! Created in Banchory by two brothers, Jim and John Ewen, Dark Matter Spiced Rum is a molasses-based rum that features full-bodied notes of long pepper, fresh ginger, green peppercorns and allspice.
Too heavily cloved for my taste. Wouldn't buy again.
Bought this as present for myself for Xmas .One of the best spiced rums out there. It's like Xmas in a glass.Will be back for another bottle.

First try is with soda and ice. Love it. Smooth as. Definitely getting a bottle just looked at where I can purchase in Australia. From what I can see one place in Victoria.
