Created in Banchory by two brothers, Jim and John Ewen, Dark Matter Spiced Rum is a molasses-based rum that features full-bodied notes of long pepper, fresh ginger, green peppercorns and allspice.

Spicy and wintery. Yum. Easy to drink on it’s own. Great end of the night sipping drink.
Rum liqueurs will always be subjective, I can't say that I disliked it but it wouldn't be my first choice next time, you have to try it.

I as several others have, really really wanted to enjoy this unique beauty but for me personally it just doesn't sit well on the tummy after a glass neat, the balance of cloves + ginger and magic of science tempted me from the get go but just not my thing sadly.
