“Couldn't wait to try this Rum distilled in my home town. The Copeland Distillery had converted me to drinking the odd Gin, but this was something special. Very strong (57%), so you need to be careful as it's really easy to drink. Take it neat over ice, in a Cuba Libre, or with Ginger Beer and Lime. Fantastic stuff.”
