Cloven Hoof Spiced Rum is made using a tasty blend of Guyanese and Trinidadian rum, along with a selection of spices. Within this selection you'll find cassia, anise, and clove. Y'know, like the name hints at! Well you know what they say about the devil and details and all that. This is wonderfully warming stuff, very suitable for sipping neat, but it also works well for cocktails that need a good kick of spice.
Enjoyably hot with cooking spice, with underlying caramelised fruit and brown sugar.
Normally drink neat rum but the spices in this work really well and balance the strong dark liquid nicely.
Bold spices do this dark rum justice. Unique flavours and a fun bottle. Highly recommend. RAISE THE HOOF!
