A solera aged rum from El Ron Prohibido, “The Forbidden Rum”. This complex Mexican rum is distilled from molasses, and the oldest spirit in the bottle is around 15 years old. We have to say, the bottle is very cool too.
Leather and molasses with juicy plum, tannic oak, rich mocha and a hint of banana bread.
Would most definitely recommend this. This texture and nose in itself is a 5/5. Taste begins sweet and gets hard as it gets in. Absolutely wonderful!
