Casa Barú makes its rum using sugar cane syrup sourced exclusively from surrounding farms at its distillery in Chiriquí in the highlands of Panama. This copper pot distilled rum boasts delicate layers of fruit, zesty citrus, and vibrant cane that ought to work splendidly in the likes of a Daiquiri.
