Robust tannic, oily oak and old leather, treacle toffee, waxed oranges, vanilla cream and burnt sugar. Balsamic poached stone fruits develop in time, with dense caramel and drying, woody spice.
Bold, dense old oak, candied nuts, dates, and sticky ginger cake, with thick, oily molasses, flamed citrus, cinder toffee, and chocolate.
Drying oak, peppercorn warmth, treacle, toasted vanilla, leather, and tobacco, with a dusting of nutmeg and a whisper of cassis at the end.
