Caliche Rum
Caliche Rum is awesome both inside and out, founded by none other than Rande Gerber and Roberto Serrallés. Produced at Destileria Serrallés in Puerto Rico, the five times distillied white rum is in fact aged using a solera system, though it's then charcoal filtered to remove any colour from the ageing process. The liquid is then housed in this rather fabulous vessel, complete with wooden stopper and string wrapped around the bottle neck. One for some exotic cocktails, we think...
