Yet another intriguing expression from the Batch folks. This is their Totally Tropical Rum, which is made with Caribbean white rum that is naturally flavoured and then aged with mango and mandarin. Should suit all sorts of refreshing summer serves. We could see this being enjoyed in a rum punch, or even simply with your favourite fruit juice.
Tangy orange and lime, a soft peppery warmth with caramel in support. Lively stuff.
