Balcones Texas Rum (59.6%) 70cl

A rum produced by the Texas whiskey distillery Balcones, but once a year it stops producing whisky to distill rum from molasses. Once fermented, it undergoes traditional double distillation in hand-made copper pot stills and then is aged in a selection of casks of different oak species and toasting profiles. The rum is bottled at a cask strength of 59.6% ABV, unfiltered and with no additives.
