Bacardi is best known for its white rum, but it does do some excellent aged products. This 4 year old is a brand new addition to the line-up and sits between the Carta Oro rum, which is primarily for mixing, and the 8 Year Old, which is more of a sipper. The result is effortlessly smooth, honeyed and spicy.
The result is effortlessly smooth, honeyed and spicy with some tobacco on the finish. Very nice for sipping with ice but even better as a cocktail ingredient.
Not the best sipping rum but amazing as a mixer.

It was ok . I quite enjoy a nice sipping rum which i wouldn't class this as .. more of a mixer . Mix it tall with diet coke and ice ..
