A beautifully aged rum hailing from Panama. All Autentico Nativo rums are made with local sugar cane grown in volcanic soil and distilled in a continuous copper and brass still at its Las Cabras Distillery. This example contains rums that have been matured for at least 15 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, with some older rums in the blend too.
Notes of toffee, caramel, and vanilla on the nose, with a blend of sweet honey, oak, cocoa, spice and orange peel on the palate.
